首开股份(600376.SH)：1-11月签约额达1067.18亿元 同比增长21.86%

格隆汇12月10日丨首开股份(600376.SH)公布2021年11月份销售及取得房地产项目情况简报，2021年11月份，公司共实现签约面积28.19万平方米，签约金额63.25亿元。

其中：1)公司及控股子公司共实现签约面积11.75万平方米(含地下车库等),签约金额30.58亿元。2)公司合作项目共实现签约面积16.44万平方米(含地下车库等),签约金额32.67亿元。

2021年1-11月份，公司共实现签约面积351.54万平方米，同比增长12.21%；签约金额1067.18亿元，同比增长21.86%。
