旷达科技(002516.SZ)重要参股公司芯投微的法定代表人变更为吴凯

智通财经APP讯，旷达科技(002516.SZ)发布公告，该公司下属重要参股公司芯投微电子科技(上海)有限公司(以下简称“芯投微”)根据发展规划，对法定代表人、董事长人选进行了调整，并于近日完成工商变更登记手续，取得了中国(上海)自由贸易试验区市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。

芯投微召开董事会重新选举吴凯为董事长，根据芯投微章程“董事长为公司的法定代表人”，暨芯投微法定代表人由戴燚变更为吴凯。
