港股午评：恒指跌0.29% 恒生科技指数跌超1% 内房股大幅反弹

格隆汇1月4日丨港股三大指数集体下跌，恒指跌0.29%报23206点，国指跌0.46%报8151点，恒生科技指数跌1.44%报5559点。大市半日成交额为657亿港元，南下资金净卖入6.51亿港元。 盘面上，大型科技股多数下跌，其中哔哩哔哩跌7%，快手、京东跌超3%，网易、腾讯跌涨超1.5%，阿里巴巴反弹超1%，百度涨近1%；生物科技股大跌，药明生物午间收跌近7%；生物科技股集体下跌，康希诺盘中跌9%，隔晚美股疫苗股大跌；电力股、光伏太阳能股、风电股等新能源股重挫；手游股、CRO股、稀土概念、体育用品股、黄金股等股集体下跌。 另一方面，内房股大幅反弹，去年12月楼市成交规模上升，回暖态势有望延续；濠赌股集体上涨，投行指濠赌股估值具吸引力；猪肉概念股、航空股、教育股、旅游观光股走强。
