北斗星通(002151.SZ)：北斗智联、联智汇端计划分别向国汽智端投资510万及150万元

格隆汇7月25日丨北斗星通(002151.SZ)公布，为加强夯实和推进北斗智联“一体两翼”业务的发展，加强北斗智联上下游生态发展，通过股权合作实现市场各方优势资源共享及技术赋能，北斗智联、联智汇端计划分别向国汽智端投资510万人民币及150万元人民币，分别占国汽智端注册资本的21.7949%及6.4103%。同时北斗智联委派徐林浩担任国汽智端的董事。
