格隆汇9月9日丨首开股份(600376.SH)公布2022年8月份销售情况简报，2022年8月份，公司共实现签约面积22.78万平方米，签约金额60.52亿元。其中：

1)公司及控股子公司共实现签约面积11.05万平方米(含地下车库等),签约金额24.39亿元。

2)公司合作项目共实现签约面积11.73万平方米(含地下车库等),签约金额36.13亿元。

2022年1-8月份，公司共实现签约面积200.07万平方米，同比降低25.97%；签约金额574.62亿元，同比降低32.45%。
