$Churchill Capital Corp IV Guys after doing research, It seems as if the 24 billion price valuation was priced into the crash ah today.
Here is the basic situation
At $15 per share, cciv is worth 24 billion
At $30 per share, cciv is worth 48 billion
At $37.50 per share, cciv is worth 69 billion which is what we want .
If you have noticed the price action of cciv in sfter hours, you will have noticed that it tanked as low as $38 per share which makes sense as it is close to the fair value of cciv at a 24 bIllion dollar valuation of $37.50. Hence why the 24 billion dollar valuation has already been factored in to the price after hours today. The 30 percent Crash today was clearly a correction to the stock price given the change in valuation of lucid at a change of $24 billion dollars. Hope this clears up the confusion everyone

Zain102/23/2021 06:21We should hopefully see an uptrend soon, only worry is people selling the stock on news announcement tommorrow and people panick selling because if the logical 30 percent crash in after hours. regardless, long term, this stock is a no brainer
