$Ocugen Inc Lower lows and higher highs generally indicate an upcoming breakout. Look at the 1hr chart from the first break and the second break. Almost identical pattern. I'd give it a few more trade-days before it breaks for a 3rd time at a minimum of triple it's last high price. Target est. 13.00 by this Wednesday. With all the great happenings with OCGN, I don't see why we wouldn't get at least this much by next week, and triple digits within the following weeks, so long as the manipulators don't f*ck it up.
