$ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Crude Oil I‘m not qualified to advise you; however, i can ask a couple questions. Have you noticed there are more people on the roads? Did you see Opec’s plans to slow down production to drive demand? Overproduction is partially what drove the price down. Less production + more demand = higher prices. You may need to hold for a little while and buy the dips, but I think it will pay off.
