开开实业(600272.SH)：子公司雷允上所属愚园路房屋被纳入征收 涉及补偿款400.48万元

格隆汇11月19日丨开开实业(600272.SH)公布，因静安区旧城区改建需要，静安区人民政府就静安区镇宁路、愚园路零星旧城区改建项目(征收类别：旧改项目)作出《房屋征收决定》。公司全资子公司上海雷允上药业西区有限公司(“雷允上”)所属愚园路624号房屋被纳入征收范围。

经与上海市静安第二房屋征收服务事务所有限公司多次协商，目前双方就征收补偿事宜基本达成一致，雷允上拟与房屋征收单位、房屋征收实施单位签订《上海市国有土地上房屋征收补偿协议》。根据补偿协议，雷允上可获得该处房屋的征收补偿款合计约为人民币400.48万元。
