港股异动 | 中国东方教育(00667)低开近8% 副主席折让12%配售3300万股 涉资约2.36亿元

智通财经APP获悉，中国东方教育(00667)早盘低开近8%，截至发稿，跌7.86%，报7.5港元，成交额2.67亿港元。

消息面上，中国东方教育公布，获副主席兼执行董事肖国庆全资拥有的公司肖国庆教育知会，已聘请法国巴黎证券(亚洲)有限公司配售3300万股，占已发行及已缴足股本约1.52%。每股配售价格为7.16元，较上交易日收市价折让12%，套现约2.36亿元。完成后，肖国庆教育持权将由21.66%降至20.14%。
