ST远程(002692.SZ)名下1个银行账户解封 涉及金额8000万元

格隆汇12月1日丨ST远程(002692.SZ)公布，公司于2020年4月20日披露了《关于收到<民事起诉状>及部分银行账户被冻结的公告》，因正奇保理合同纠纷案，公司部分银行账户被冻结。2021年11月9日，公司披露了《关于涉诉事项的进展公告》，安徽省高级人民法院终审判决驳回正奇保理上诉，维持原判，公司无需承担责任。

目前，公司相关银行账户已被解封。涉及开户行为中国银行宜兴官林支行，账户性质为基本户，解封金额为8000万元。
