黑龙江文旅厅：暂停跨省团队旅游及“机票+酒店”业务

格隆汇12月4日丨黑龙江省文化和旅游厅12月3日发布通知，为进一步做好全省文化和旅游行业新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，防止疫情扩散蔓延，3日起，严格执行跨省旅游经营活动管理“熔断”机制，暂停黑龙江省旅行社及在线旅游企业经营跨省团队旅游及“机票+酒店”业务。
