东莞本月拟放松限购？东莞住建局：目前购房仍按原政策执行

格隆汇12月6日丨据财联社，根据网传截图显示，有开发商收到口头通知，今年12月，在东莞购买新房，不管是首套还是二套都无需社保，可以正常网签备案。对此，东莞市住建局相关人士今日表示，“没收到相关政策文件，如果放开限购会在官网有通知，目前购房仍按原政策执行。”
