洪都航空(600316.SH)：部分房屋资产列入征收范围 涉及征收补偿费约8076.48万元

格隆汇12月13日丨洪都航空(600316.SH)公布，南昌市政府对江西洪都航空工业集团有限公司(“洪都公司”)厂区部分土地进行整体收储，公司位于该项目范围内的部分房屋被列入拆迁征收范围。2021年下半年，洪都公司收储出让土地的搬迁范围内涉及公司部分被征收房屋建筑物资产。

公司与南昌市青云谱区国有土地上房屋征收与补偿办公室签订《南昌市国有土地上房屋征收补偿协议书》，青云谱征收办对因征收房屋建筑物资产导致公司损失给予相关补偿，征收补偿费用约8076.48万元。
