民生银行(600016.SH)完成发行300亿元金融债券

智通财经APP讯，民生银行(600016.SH)公告，该行在全国银行间债券市场成功发行了“中国民生银行股份有限公司2021年第二期金融债券”，本期债券于2021年12月8日簿记建档，并于2021年12月10日完成发行。发行规模为人民币300亿元，3年期固定利率，票面利率为3.02%。
