江苏国泰：投建年产26万吨锂离子电池电解液项目 总投资11.46亿元

格隆汇12月13日丨江苏国泰公告，公司控股子公司瑞泰新材及其控股子公司华荣化工拟共同投资建设年产26万吨锂离子电池电解液项目，项目总投资11.46亿元。下属企业宁德华荣拟投资建设年产40万吨锂离子电池电解液项目，项目总投资15.38亿元；华荣化工拟以自有或自筹资金5亿元以1元/每元出资额的价格增资宁德华荣。
