沪光股份(605333.SH)：拟出资3亿元设立重庆全资子公司

格隆汇12月15日丨沪光股份(605333.SH)公布，为了巩固并提升公司在汽车高低压线束领域的领先优势，进一步拓展西南市场，公司拟在重庆市渝北区投资设立全资子公司——重庆沪光汽车电器有限公司(暂定名)，完善公司在西南地区的战略布局。投资金额3亿元。本次投资完成后，新公司将纳入公司财务报表合并范围。
