智通财经APP讯，*ST腾邦(300178.SZ)发布公告，债权人深圳市联日照耀管理咨询有限公司(简称“联日照耀”)对公司控股股东腾邦集团有限公司(简称“腾邦集团”)的重整申请，广东省深圳市中级人民法院已裁定不予受理。
