基金公司TPG确认IPO上市计划

格隆汇12月17日丨美国基金管理巨擘TPG资本公布，将于纽约证交所进行首次公开招股(IPO)上市。分析估计，TPG公司估值将超过100亿美元。根据公开的招股书，TPG上市集资额暂定为1亿美元。截至9月底止，TPG管理资产总值为1090亿美元；今年首9月利润为38亿美元，去年同期获利2.95亿美元。
