云内动力(000903.SZ)高级管理人员王洪亮配偶构成短线交易

智通财经APP讯，云内动力(000903.SZ)发布公告，公司近日获悉并收到公司高级管理人员王洪亮先生出具的《关于配偶李芳买卖云内动力股票的说明》，在王洪亮先生不知情的情况下，其配偶李芳女士因误操作于2021年12月17日买入公司股票1000股，并于2021年12月17日卖出公司股票1000股，导致出现短线交易行为。

李芳女士在本次短线交易中未获得收益。截至本公告披露日，李芳女士仍持有13.6万股公司股票。上述行为构成短线交易。李芳女士本次短线交易未获得收益(收益计算方法：收益=交易数量×(卖出价格-买入价格)，即1,000股×(3.55元/股-3.56元/股)=-10(元)，鉴于本次交易未产生收益，故不存在收益上缴情形。
