A股午评：沪指涨0.4%，地产股批量涨停

格隆汇12月21日丨两市主要指数涨跌不一，沪指红盘整理，午间收涨0.41%报3608点，深成指涨0.07%报14579点，创业板指跌0.65%报3310点。两市3030股上涨，1430股下跌，成交量萎缩，半日成交额6100亿，北上资金净买入3.68亿。市场情绪相比昨日有所好转，锂电池、光伏等部分高景气度板块继续下跌，宁德时代跌超2%；稀土、白酒、氢能源、疫苗等概念跌幅靠前。地产股批量涨停，万科、保利发展涨逾4%，家居、建材、家电板块跟随走强，煤化工、培育钻石、无人驾驶、元宇宙等概念活跃。
