楚天高速(600035.SH)：控股股东更名为“湖北交通投资集团有限公司”

格隆汇12月23日丨楚天高速(600035.SH)公布，公司于近日收到控股股东湖北省交通投资集团有限公司通知，经湖北省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会同意并批复，其名称由“湖北省交通投资集团有限公司”变更为“湖北交通投资集团有限公司”，并已于2021年12月17日在湖北省市场监督管理局完成工商变更登记手续。
