深交所恢复东和新材创业板IPO发行上市审核

智通财经APP获悉，12月27日， 因发行人已完成财务资料更新，根据《深圳证券交易所创业板股票发行上市审核规则》第六十六条的相关规定，深交所恢复辽宁东和新材料股份有限公司(简称：东和新材)发行上市审核。东莞证券为其保荐机构，拟募资6.9791亿元。

2021年09月28日，因发行人及保荐人更新财务资料，主动申请中止发行上市审核程序，根据《深圳证券交易所创业板股票发行上市审核规则》第六十四条的相关规定，深交所中止东和新材发行上市审核。

招股书显示，东和新材是集菱镁矿浮选、电熔镁生产、定形耐火制品、不定形耐火制品等镁制品生产为主的菱镁资源综合利用高新技术企业。
