格隆汇12月28日丨中交地产(000736.SZ)公布，公司于2021年12月28日召开第八届董事会第七十八次会议审议通过了《关于开展购房尾款保理业务的议案》，为拓宽融资渠道，优化资产结构，公司拟开展购房尾款保理业务。业务规模为人民币15亿元；授信期限一年启用有效，融资期限6个月，不跨年；资金用于公司调整债务结构、补充流动资金等符合国家法律法规及政策要求的企业经营活动。
