国家知识产权局专利局复审和无效审理部对无效宣告请求人深圳市星源材质科技股份有限公司提出的赛尔格有限责任公司1(英文名“Celgard, LLC”)拥有的“电池隔层-芯体的除去”(专利号：02131555.8)专利权之无效宣告请求进行了审查，审查结论为宣告专利权全部无效。
