内蒙新华(603230.SH)：王亚东辞任董事、总经理等职

格隆汇1月6日丨内蒙新华(603230.SH)公布，公司董事会近日收到董事、总经理王亚东的书面辞职报告。因工作变动原因，王亚东向公司董事会申请辞去公司董事、总经理及董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞去前述职务后，王亚东将不再担任公司任何职务，其辞职报告自送达董事会时生效。
