振华股份(603067.SH)：2021年度净利预增107%-125%
格隆汇1月10日丨振华股份(603067.SH)公布2021年年度业绩预增公告，经财务部门初步测算，公司预计2021年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为3.10亿元到3.38亿元，与上年同期相比，将增加1.603亿元到1.88亿元，同比增加107%到125%。
归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为3.14亿元到3.41亿元，与上年同期相比，将增加1.70亿元到1.98亿元，同比增加119%到138%。
业绩预增的主要原因：
1、报告期内，公司于2021年1月完成重大资产重组，收购重庆民丰化工有限责任公司100%股权。2021年度与2020年度相比，公司合并扩大，收入规模和盈利水平均同比上升。
2、报告期内，公司积极开拓市场，优化产品结构，从而促使销量和销售收入增加。
3、民丰化工整合效果进一步显现，协同效应持续发挥，盈利能力持续优化，对公司整体利润的贡献度提高。
