PCB设计业务引关注 一博科技创业板IPO注册阶段获证监会问询

智通财经APP获悉，1月11日，证监会官网公布深圳市一博科技股份有限公司(一博科技)注册阶段问询问题。证监会就PCB设计业务、毛利率水平、报告期股份支付费3项问题用进行问询。其中，证监会请一博科技补充披露PCB设计业务经客户验收后，公司提供的后续咨询服务相关会计处理，是否计提预计负债；客户对账确认收入时对账的具体内容，不同收入确认方式下收入确认时点是否存在显著差异等。
