最高罚500万！珠海市市场监督管理局发布价格提醒告诫书

格隆汇1月15日丨从珠海市市场监督管理局获悉，1月15日，珠海市市场监督管理局向所有商户，尤其是疫情防控物资、居民生活必需品、宾馆酒店等行业发出《商品服务价格提醒告诫书》。告诫书中提到，经营者违反明码标价规定的，责令改正，没收违法所得，可以并处5000元以下的罚款；对相互串通、操纵市场价格造成商品价格较大幅度上涨的，最高可处500万元的罚款。
