山西焦煤：拟总计70.42亿元购买华晋焦煤51%股权和明珠煤业49%股权

格隆汇1月16日丨山西焦煤公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式购买焦煤集团持有的分立后存续的华晋焦煤51%股权、购买李金玉、高建平合计持有的明珠煤业49%股权。华晋焦煤51%股权交易价格为65.99亿元，明珠煤业49%股权交易价格为4.43亿元。其中现金支付比例为交易价格的15%，股份支付的比例为交易价格的85%。交易价格总计70.42亿元，并拟募集配套资金总额不超44亿元。
