字节跳动收购“影托邦”和“一直看漫画”

智通财经APP获悉，据“Tech星球”公众号报道，字节跳动近期收购了票务平台“影托邦”和“一直看漫画”。

据公开资料显示，影托邦是一个票务平台，为企业提供员工福利观影卡、营销礼品卡、积分兑换电影票、电影娱乐营销等服务，平台覆盖全国8000+影院，支持在线选座，支持多种在线支付及兑换方式。一直看漫画是国内专业的在线漫画、日更漫画、国产漫画、原创漫画、最好看的动漫网站。
