沪光股份(605333.SH)：子公司拟以1.75亿元购买位于重庆市渝北区部分土地使用权及房屋建筑物

格隆汇1月21日丨沪光股份(605333.SH)公布，公司全资子公司重庆沪光汽车电器有限公司(“重庆沪光”)拟以人民币1.75亿元(自有资金+银行融资)向日立安斯泰莫汽车系统(重庆)有限公司(“重庆日立”)购买其位于“重庆市渝北区龙兴镇石香路18号”证书编号为“渝(2021)两江新区不动产权第001453279号”《不动产权证书》(母证)及其子证所记载的国有土地使用权、房屋建筑物(含厂房、办公楼、食堂、动力房、危险品库、固废收集站、污水处理站、门卫)及附属配套设施，作为公司未来开拓西南市场，产能扩建的储备用地。
