格隆汇1月21日丨震雄集团(00057.HK)公告，于2022年1月21日，公司已根据购股权计划向承授人授出附带权利可认购合计613万股新股份购股权，惟须待承授人接纳后方可作实。购股权行使价每股股份港币2.490元。
