格隆汇1月22日丨1月沪牌拍卖结果刚刚出炉：个人额度投放10300辆，个人在用车有效额度委托拍卖1550辆，合计拍卖总数11850辆，参加拍卖人数201873人，比上月减少了2990人，中标率5.9%。最低成交价93100元，平均成交价为93190元，比上个月的91021元增加了2169元。最低成交价的截止时间是11:29:56第2118位。
