飞凯材料(300398.SZ)不提前赎回“飞凯转债”

智通财经APP讯，飞凯材料(300398.SZ)公告，公司股票已满足任意连续三十个交易日中至少有十五个交易日的收盘价格不低于当期转股价格(即15.56元/股)的120%(含120%)(即18.68元/股)，已触发“飞凯转债”的有条件赎回条款。公司董事会决定本次不行使“飞凯转债”的提前赎回权利，不提前赎回“飞凯转债”，且自本公告披露之日起至2022年3月31日，“飞凯转债”在触发有条件赎回条款时，公司均不行使提前赎回权利。
