*ST海航(600221.SH)董事长刘璐辞职

智通财经APP讯，*ST海航(600221.SH)发布公告，公司董事会于1月23日收到公司董事长刘璐先生提交的书面辞职报告。因个人原因，刘璐先生申请辞去公司法定代表人、董事长、董事及董事会下属专门委员会相关职务。刘璐先生辞职后将不在公司及控股子公司担任其他任何职务。

鉴于新任董事长的选举尚需经过相应的法定程序，根据法律法规以及《公司章程》相关规定，由公司副董事长陈明先生代为履行法定代表人、董事长职责，直至公司选举产生新任法定代表人、董事长为止。
