尖峰集团：2021年度净利同比预增50%-70%

格隆汇1月25日丨尖峰集团公告，公司预计2021年归母净利润同比增加2.92亿元到4.09亿元，同比增长50%到70%。业绩预增主要是由于公司参与新疆天山水泥股份有限公司(“天山股份”)重大资产重组的非经常性损益事项所致，增加净利润金额约为2.7亿元。
