智通财经APP讯，日科化学(300214.SZ)公告，公司拟设立全资子公司山东日科环保材料有限公司，注册资本1000万元。

据悉，本次设立全资子公司主要是为了将母公司的部分资产进行划转，优化治理结构，提升公司内部管理效率。
