格隆汇1月28日丨京东方精电(00710.HK)公布，招标程序后，于2022年1月28日，成都京东方(公司非全资附属公司)与承建商(中标方)订立建设协议，据此，承建商将按代价人民币515,793,682.20元((可予调整(如有))向成都京东方于建设范围提供建设工程。

于2022年1月28日(，成都京东方亦与承建商订立前期建设协议，据此，承建商按前期代价人民币9,740,000.00元(于建设范围提供前期建设工程。
