东和新材创业板IPO审核状态变更为“终止(撤回)”

智通财经APP获悉，2月10日，辽宁东和新材料股份有限公司(简称：东和新材)创业板IPO审核状态变更为“终止(撤回)”。东莞证券为其保荐机构，拟募资6.9791亿元。

2022年1月27日，辽宁东和新材料股份有限公司申请撤回发行上市申请文件。根据《深圳证券交易所创业板股票发行上市审核规则》第六十七条，深交所决定终止对其首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市的审核。

招股书显示，东和新材是集菱镁矿浮选、电熔镁生产、定形耐火制品、不定形耐火制品等镁制品生产为主的菱镁资源综合利用高新技术企业。
