优化资产配置 方大特钢(600507.SH)拟转让江特汽车60%股权

智通财经APP讯，方大特钢(600507.SH)发布公告，近日，公司与融恒智能达成股权转让意向，公司将持有的江特汽车60%股权以2,292万元的价格转让给融恒智能。公司所持上述股权2021年9月30日的净资产账面价值为2,110.34万元，交易溢价181.66万元。

公司表示，本次股权转让有利于公司优化产业结构及资产配置。
