双良节能(600481.SH)：子公司与天合光能签订单晶硅片采购框架合同

格隆汇2月14日丨双良节能(600481.SH)公布，公司的全资子公司双良硅材料(包头)有限公司(“卖方”)于2022年2月14日与天合光能股份有限公司(“买方”)签订了《单晶硅片采购框架合同》，合同约定2022年至2024年买方预计向卖方采购单晶硅片18.92亿片。参照PV InfoLink最新统计(2022年2月10日)的单晶硅片(210mm/160μm)均价测算，预计2022-2024年销售金额总计为159.50亿元(含税)。该金额仅为根据当前市场价格测算，实际以签订的月度采购补充协议为准。

该合同的标的为单晶硅片，卖方需按买方需求的硅片型号供应产品，包括但不限于G12(21X)尺寸单晶硅片，具体以月度《采购补充协议》为准。预计2022年至2024年采购数量总计18.92亿片，其中，双方最晚于2022年第四季度内协商确认2023年度采购/交付量，最晚于2023年第四季度内协商确认2024年度采购/交付量。
