建业集团：将使用经营性现金流偿还8月到期的5亿美元债

格隆汇2月15日丨据河南商报，针对美元债偿还问题，建业集团副董事长王俊在接受采访时表示：“2022年，建业地产的境外美元债只有8月到期的5亿美元债一笔，这笔美元债也受到了金融机构和资本市场的关注。对此，我们将紧密监控资本市场发行窗口，多渠道盘活资金。最重要的是我们坚守底线思维，已做好充分准备，使用经营性现金流按时、全额偿还该笔美元债，延续我们在资本市场、金融机构和税务机关的良好信用记录。”
