格隆汇2月15日丨港股中，上海复旦涨超4%，华虹半导体、ASM太平洋涨超3%，中芯国际涨超2%；A股中，神工股份、聚辰股份、国民技术、东微半导、银河微电、晶丰明源、扬杰科技、沪电股份涨超5%。
