中汇集团(00382)第一财季收入增长61.5%至3.93亿元 在校生增82.4%至7.07万人

智通财经APP讯，中汇集团(00382)公布截至2021年11月30日止三个月的自愿性业务进展公告。

期内，公司实现收入3.93亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增61.5%;毛利1.97亿元，同比增62%;在校学生人数7.07万人，同比增82.4%。

回顾期内，集团收入及毛利取得重大增加主要因为：截至2021年8月31日止财年收购的学校(即四川城市职业学院及四川城市技师学院)产生收入及毛利;及广州华商学院和广州华商职业学院的在校学生人数及平均学费上升。
