科前生物：拟与华中农大签订联合开发协议书 涉及三个研发项目

格隆汇2月15日丨科前生物公告，公司经与华中农大竞争性谈判，取得了犬细小病毒VP2蛋白重组犬瘟热病毒活疫苗，狂犬病灭活疫苗(SAD-dOG株)，狂犬病病毒G蛋白ELISA抗体检测试剂盒等三个项目的合作研发，现拟与华中农大签订联合开发协议书，公司就以上三个研发项目一共需向华中农大支付340万元。合作研发项目产生的技术成果及知识产权归公司及华中农大共同所有。
