兖矿能源(600188.SH)：独董田会因昊华能源信披违规事项遭罚

格隆汇2月15日丨兖矿能源(600188.SH)公布，公司近日获悉，因昊华能源(601101.SH)信息披露违规，北京证监局、上交所相继对昊华能源及相关当事人给予处罚，其中公司独立董事田会时任昊华能源独立董事，受到如下处罚及处分：1、北京证监局对田会予以警告，并处以10万元罚款；2、上交所对田会予以通报批评。

上述处罚事项与公司无关，不会对公司的日常经营活动产生影响。
