万泽股份(000534.SZ)：赣江融创拟减持不超3%股份

格隆汇2月16日丨万泽股份(000534.SZ)公布，公司持股5%以上股东江西赣江融创投资有限公司(以下简称“赣江融创”)计划在2022年2月17日至2022年5月17日(其中通过证券交易所集中竞价交易方式减持时间为本减持计划公告之日起15个交易日之后，即2022年3月10日至2022年5月17日；通过大宗交易方式减持时间为2022年2月17日至2022年5月17日。)以集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过1502.12万股(占公司总股本比例不超过3%)。
