冀中能源(000937.SZ)：拟约8.61亿元协议购买峰峰集团所持金牛化工19.99%股份

格隆汇2月16日丨冀中能源(000937.SZ)公布，公司拟以协议方式购买冀中能源峰峰集团有限公司(简称“峰峰集团”)所持金牛化工135,995,903 股股份，占金牛化工总股本19.99%(简称“标的股份”)，并拟与峰峰集团签署《关于河北金牛化工股份有限公司之股份转让协议》。本次股份的转让价格拟为6.33元/股，股份转让价款总计约8.61亿元。
