英诺赛科完成D轮近30亿元融资 钛信资本领投

智通财经APP获悉，据“钛信资本”公众号报道，钛信资本近日完成对英诺赛科（苏州）科技有限公司6.5亿元的D轮投资。本轮融资由钛信资本领投，毅达资本、海通创新、中比基金、赛富高鹏、招证投资等机构跟投，投资总额近30亿元。

据公开资料显示，英诺赛科成立于2015年，是第三代半导体硅基氮化镓领域全球龙头，也是全球唯一实现同时量产氮化镓高、低压芯片的IDM企业。英诺赛科通过自主研发，攻克了8英寸硅晶圆衬底上外延生长氮化镓单晶材料的世界级难题，首次实现8英寸硅基氮化镓外延与芯片的大规模量产，同时填补了国内在该领域的空白。
